Phy Studios built the Square Monsters: Mischief game as a Free game. This SERVICE is provided by Phy Studios at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. When you download and use our mobile application, we don’t require you to provide any information and we don’t collect any information about you or your device, except:

For Android:
(i) Google Play Games ID for the use of leaderboards, achievements and keeping collection of your items and/or coins accumulated

For IOS:
(i) Sign in with Apple for  keeping collection of your items and/or coins accumulated
(ii) Game Center for the use of leaderboards and achievements keeping collection of your items and/or coins accumulated

The game does use third party services that may automatically collect information used to identify you:

(i) Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI)

In our App directed to children users, we collect information which includes persistent identifiers such as a device identifier (“device ID”) or an Internet Protocol address (“IP address”). This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing functionality and support for our internal operations and optimizing our users’ game experience. Phy Studios does not permit behaviorally-targeted advertising to children in the Apps where we have actual knowledge that the user is under the age of 13.

Game Center - The game uses Game Center to provide the use of leaderboards and achievements within the game

Google AdMob - Phy Studios does not permit behaviorally-targeted advertising to children in the Apps where we have actual knowledge that the user is under the age of 13

Security 

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. 

Children’s Privacy

 We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
